Your servers were merged into a cluster but events that are single server should not be affected. It is not only your server that had the cluster changed. This happened in September. All the existing clusters were taken apart and newly put together. Older Servers were merged into a new cluster with newer servers over every region as explained Here.

As for the Screenshot, I would advise you to use a website such as Imgur to upload your screenshots in the form of a link or to check what file they are saved at on your pc. The forum only accepts a few types of image files like JPEG and PNG
