Hello,

There a few things you can try.

1) Clear the game cache (COG icon in the top right corner > clear up system)
2) Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter)
3) Reboot the PC (to be extra sure reboot the modem / router too)

If this didn't help might try a VPN or make contact with our ingame Customer Support via the "?" in the top right corner.
