while i was looking in the {server list} i found some words like (HK,NY,LA,UK) i wonder what it means and dose it relate to things like having new ninjas faster than the other servers ? And thanks for reading >-<

It means the region name.
HK for Hong Kong.
NY for New York.
LA for Los Angeles.
UK for United Kingdom.
It's so you can pick which timezone you're comfortable with so you don't miss out on events. For example if you live in South East Asia, then you pick the HK server to match your timezone.
