If you are experiencing a bug like this please make sure to refresh the game and if that doesn't work flush dns/cache and then reboot your PC again. If this doesn't solve the problem please take a screenshot of your whole screen including the server name, date, and time. Then make a ticket to our in-game CS

To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter. When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter.
