Hello,

Make sure you have taken the steps to flush your DNS.
Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter)

Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem / router too)

You'll need to perform those steps in that order, no skipping or re-ordering.

If this does not do the trick please try contacting Customer Support which is possible via our Discord, there are people that are dedicated to help out. If they cannot provide help then I would advise to make contact with our in-game Customer Support.
