Sorry for the slow response, but it sounds like you've figured this out already—all your outfit fragments can be found in the Clothing interface ( Go to Power Up, then Battle Armor, then Clothing.)
If your fragments aren't showing up there, then please create a CS ticket in game by clicking on the question mark in the upper right. Thanks and have a great day!
