Hello,
If you are referring to the free trial medal that early accounts receive, this is not received at the same time or level for all accounts. There's a range and a bit of randomness as to when they go out, though unfortunately we cannot give out exact details as to what the requirements are. Some people will simply receive them earlier than others.
