I would not worry too much about the event with madara inside it, more so about whether its in a Fukurokumaru Deals Cycle. Spending outside of Fuku will give you significantly less value, save at least 35k. Typically takes around 30-40kish to 4* him.

His mystery animation does not change, but the effects of the mystery are greatly increased.
