Unfortunately in recent times, Puffin seems to have issues making a stable connection to the game servers. You'll need to either source a different browser that has flash installed and enabled or play on a PC for now.

The webpage that has the mini-clients for download does contain a link to a browser that should be compatible with Mobile Devices, though you may need to do some research to know for sure.
