How To:

How To:
a) Recharge 50 ingots can obtain 1 hammer. Limit of 100 Hammers daily. (50 ingots should be recharged on the same day, if split recharge in different days, you cannot get a hammer.)
b) Consume a hammer and 20 ingots/coupons to break a Golden Egg. Hammer won’t be refreshed daily.

On Sale, Discount items in Konoha! Come and Participate in Konoha Outlets, gather Scratch Cards and redeem Ninja or Powerful Items!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must reach Level 40 in order to participate.
How To:
The “Konoha Outlets” event is divided into three tabs.
DISCOUNT STORE
a) Each Store will be opening at the specific time. The detailed time will show up in the Discount Store Interface.
b) Every Store has the fixed closed time, once closing time reached, the specific Store will be closed that players cannot buy anything in this Store.
c) All Stores are on sale!
SCRATCH CARD
a) Consume the required number of Coupons or Ingots in Konoha Outlets event to get Scratch Card.
b) Moving your mouse to scratch the card to get different Word Plates. The Word Plate you obtained can be used in Reward Center to redeem rewards.
c) Remark: If you don’t obtain the Word Card after scratching, please cle*l shadow regions.
5. "Time-Limited Shop"
Get points by Logging in, Clearing Instances and Using Ingots. Rewards are waiting for you!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must reach Level 45 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Players can obtain 1 Point by logging in daily and can obtain more points by completing Plot/Elite Instances.
b) By Spending 10 Ingots daily, you will also get 1 Point.
c) Remember to use the Points before the deadline of the events (which is according to the computers’ time) or it will be reset to 0.
6. "Fateful Choice"
Decide the fate of the Shinobi World! Which side are you on? Will the next generation of ninjas live to tell another day, or will all of us be part of an endless dream? Contribute to your side to get rewards!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must reach Level 11 in order to participate.
How To:
Use Orbs of Vitality to contribute to either the Naruto Side or the Sasuke Side;
When the event ends, players who have more than 750 contributions will obtain Epic Refine Rune*10.
On the last day of the event, players can only claim rewards, and are unable to further participate in the event! Don’t miss out!
7. "Wheel of Fortune"
Obtain strong ninjas, scrolls, and essences by spinning the wheel daily, 100% wins!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must reach Level 25 in order to participate.
How to:
a) During the event, players can spin the wheel once for free every 24 hours. Each spin has a guaranteed reward from the wheel!
b)Players c*so buy Lucky Vouchers in the Shop to get more rewards. Lucky Vouchers can be bought with Ingots and Coupons. Mysterious Strong Ninjas await you! Daily limit: 1000 times. (Free draws will not be ac*ulated)
c) "Lucky Voucher" bought for this week's events needs to be used this week, once the event ends, the "Lucky Voucher” you didn't use will be reset to 0.
d) Spin Once = 1 Point, get fixed rewards by getting a given number of Points! After the event ends, the TOP 10 players in this event will get more rewards (this Ranking is not a Cross-Server Ranking).
1st: Treasured Tools Ultimate Essence
2nd-3rd: Lucky Key Gift Pack*2
4th-10th: Advanced Refine Pack*3
e) Once the event ends, rewards for your Ranking can be acquired by refreshing the game or waiting for 1 hour after the event ends.

8. "Firework Festival"
Set off fireworks to celebrate Firework Festival with your group members, and get extraordinary rewards!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate.
How to:
a) Players participate in daily practice and gain active points; players can get a Fireworks Random Pack for every 20 active points and a max of 5 packs players can get every day (Sent to your Backpack).
b) Further Fireworks can be purchased during the week at the Purchase Limit Shop.
c) There are five different Fireworks which you can get different contribution points from. Players can claim individual and group rewards as their ac*ulated points reach different levels.
d) The rewards for group members can only be claimed once, contribution points will not be added to the new group if players quit their original group.
e) Members of the top three organizations which contribute the points will receive an additional bonus package.
f) Ranking Settlement time: 21/06 23:59:59; when the settlement time ends you won't be able to participate in the event, and the ranking rewards will be sent by mail.
Reward Claim Deadline: 22/06 23:59:59; please claim your reward on time.

Time to upgrade your Battle Armor! Materials at big discounts! Ingots you use upgrading your Battle Armor will be counted during the event so that you can claim Gift Packs!

Requirements:
Players must have reached Level 43 in order to participate.
How to:
a) During the event, players can buy Battle Armor materials at huge discounts.
b) Receive extra Gift Packs by using Ingots in this event. Remark: Ingots used in other events will not be counted. If you buy the threads directly in shop, the ingots spent will also not be counted.
c) Only Ingots can be used in this event.
11."Battle Armor Rebates"
Go and upgrade your Battle Armor to get extra rebates and achievement packs!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must have reached Level 43 in order to participate.
How to:
a) Find this event in Hot Topics; get rewards by upgrading your armor to the required level during the event.
b) Achievement Gifts can be claimed after you reach the required rank of your armor. Each player can only get this achievement gift once in his playtime
12. "Daily Spending Rebate"
Do you have Ingots to use? Use the required number of Ingots to get all sorts of valuable rewards!

Requirements:
a) Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate.

13. "Sakura Festival"
Complete Daily Missions and receive free prizes for doing so! Strengthen your ninja!
Period: Jun 15th-Jun 21st
Requirements:
Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate.
How To:
Clear 1 of the Daily Missions to get 1 Wish, you can get a maximum of 5 Wishes daily. Using up 1 Wish will give the player a chance to get a random reward and to trigger the “Sakura Blessing” (a special cute animation that can be activated in this event!). Wish you all the best!
14."Growth Scroll"
Up to 3500% rebate to help you power up! The more missions you complete, the more valuable rebates you can get!
Period: Jun 15th-Aug 9th
Requirements:
a) Players must reach Level 1 in order to participate.
How To:
1. Players can participate in Growth Scroll during the event period.
2. Players can gain Growth Experience to upgrade the Growth Scroll Level by completing Growth Missions or directly purchasing the Level. Players can get rewards after reaching the corresponding Level. The max Level is 100 and players cannot purchase Levels after reaching the max Level.
3. Growth Scroll is divided to Basic Scroll and Advanced Scroll. Rewards from the Basic Scroll can be obtained up to Level 60, while rewards from the Advanced Scroll can be obtained up to Level 100.
4. Players need to purchase the Advanced Scroll to unlock it, and will obtain Advanced Scroll rewards after successfully purchasing.
5. Players can unlock the Lucky Wheel after you reach Level 100. Each draw will consume 100 experience. Experience can only be obtained through Growth Missions after reaching the max Level.
6. The ingots consumed to purcharse all the items in this event will not count in any other consumption events.
15. New packs are available in the "Purchase Limit" shop interface! Have a look at the new packs, don't miss this chance.
Remark: The deadline of the New Server Events and Weekly Events are set according to the players' local time (computer's time), not the server time. Daily Missions and Daily Recharge event (event in which you can get a 4-Stars Gaara if recharging for 5 days) are all refreshed at 5:00 (server time). Don't miss out!
Remark II: All information present in the Event Information List can be changed during the process of updating. The final and official implementation of the events will be available in-game.

Let me tell you something. First of all I don´t believe this will be seen by competents - meaning people choosing events and rewards.I am 2mil. player, I am top 5 in our merged servers. Top 20 in space time. I have a good ninjas like Shisui, Asura, Indra 4 stars...Not bragging. Just want to tell you I am just fine. I can have wins but still take losses and that´s normal. I can probably enjoy game more than majority. I was recharging more ingots more than 1.5 y ago. Now am not. I want to say I realized that all this is INTENTIONAL.Why ? Because they want to FORCE you to recharge. They are not stupYd. They are just legalized thieves. That s fckng true. No way we can look other way on it. I was looking how many ninjas for F2P already who have their BTs on chinese don´t have still BTs at our region. And it´s too many...Meanwhile they are pushing new ninjas for ingots like no tomorrow. NOBODY cares about you and what you need (F2P) NOBODY cares about growing imbalance in this game. NOBODY from this people that there are 1% psychopatss who don´t know what to do with their money in real life so they are pushing for 4 - 5 - 6 mil power while majority is at 1 mil power. Need to tell this whales don´t need wins. They don ´t feel better because they are without goal, that´s why they play game instead of doing something real with their money. They just need to FEED their EGO anyhow. And you F2P are here to be forever victims. Recharge events outmatched regular events and you are getting old traesh in regular events - did you notice ? probably if you play more than year you did.
They are focusing solely on money gathering - This unofficial thieves who somehow managed to earn rights to run this game in our region is far away from chinese officials who run this game and noone gonna change it. You are just that 1% who will be recharging forever and will be keep this game alive as it is or you are that others F2P losers who will keep this game alive as you are willing to be victims to that whales in game. And there is also that middle class who is just as me but I must say I expect nothing from owners of this game for this region as I am sure and I already know they are just greedy people who are ,,spittingONyou,,

you are half right , they are * with p2w too , for exemple i did a full tsuku event , i recharged only during event with a possibility of jackop and get nothing but they will say is not rigged is rng.
Even when you pay they * you here.
That's so * because if they was caring more about making the game better , they would likely earn more money , we have the worst region of this game.

Not sure I understand the logic behind this post. You want to tell us that after playing this game for over 5 years you realised now that 99% games like this exist only to make money out of hype for characters from people's anime they like? Insane insight dude what can I say...
EDIT:
1) I think you didn't play much mobile or gacha games in general if you think Oasis is the worst company. I dont want to defend them by any means but there are 10times worse things out there.
2) As for spending money everybody can do what the hell they want with their money and you have no authority to judge that Personally also stopped supporting this game over a year ago but i am not a hypocrite.

Let me tell you something. First of all I don´t believe this will be seen by competents - meaning people choosing events and rewards.I am 2mil. player, I am top 5 in our merged servers. Top 20 in space time. I have a good ninjas like Shisui, Asura, Indra 4 stars...Not bragging. Just want to tell you I am just fine. I can have wins but still take losses and that´s normal. I can probably enjoy game more than majority. I was recharging more ingots more than 1.5 y ago. Now am not. I want to say I realized that all this is INTENTIONAL.Why ? Because they want to FORCE you to recharge. They are not stupYd. They are just legalized thieves. That s fckng true. No way we can look other way on it. I was looking how many ninjas for F2P already who have their BTs on chinese don´t have still BTs at our region. And it´s too many...Meanwhile they are pushing new ninjas for ingots like no tomorrow. NOBODY cares about you and what you need (F2P) NOBODY cares about growing imbalance in this game. NOBODY from this people that there are 1% psychopatss who don´t know what to do with their money in real life so they are pushing for 4 - 5 - 6 mil power while majority is at 1 mil power. Need to tell this whales don´t need wins. They don ´t feel better because they are without goal, that´s why they play game instead of doing something real with their money. They just need to FEED their EGO anyhow. And you F2P are here to be forever victims. Recharge events outmatched regular events and you are getting old traesh in regular events - did you notice ? probably if you play more than year you did.
They are focusing solely on money gathering - This unofficial thieves who somehow managed to earn rights to run this game in our region is far away from chinese officials who run this game and noone gonna change it. You are just that 1% who will be recharging forever and will be keep this game alive as it is or you are that others F2P losers who will keep this game alive as you are willing to be victims to that whales in game. And there is also that middle class who is just as me but I must say I expect nothing from owners of this game for this region as I am sure and I already know they are just greedy people who are ,,spittingONyou,,
i totally agree with you bro...many are sick to regharge because have no goals in their life, and they become excited by their ego and think are strong by having more and more power and fight with players like us where even if they dnt use mystery they can kill us with one shot....and feeding those *s of oasis who dot care about us who are F2P....and im glad u stopped recharging because they dont deserve our moneys.

Not sure I understand the logic behind this post. You want to tell us that after playing this game for over 5 years you realised now that 99% games like this exist only to make money out of hype for characters from people's anime they like? Insane insight dude what can I say...
EDIT:
1) I think you didn't play much mobile or gacha games in general if you think Oasis is the worst company. I dont want to defend them by any means but there are 10times worse things out there.
2) As for spending money everybody can do what the hell they want with their money and you have no authority to judge that Personally also stopped supporting this game over a year ago but i am not a hypocrite.
As you have said, you did not understand logic behind this post. Firstly, my goal is not counterattacking anyone´s opinion, just putting more clearness into. Am playing game like maybe 3 years and I didn t realized NOW, I am just writing it all now. Do I mentioned others games to compare ? NO ! So what are you talking about I dont know. WHO CARES about other games ? I play naruto - online, I care about naruto online . Now you see logic ? I am not huge player but I have played other payed games and as I am familiar there was no such huge gap between people who pays and the ones that are not. Are there worse games with worse settings ? Yeah sure can be but yet again ..why should I care ? Am I playing them? NO ! Am playing naruto and talking about naruto. If there are worse games should that mean that runners of this region look more good in my eyes ? I am not going to compare apples with pears. I am comparing our apples with chinese apples. And our is not so delicious at all. And I don´t attack any specific whaler but I have right to say what I think so I think they are recharging because they are feeding their ego as it is just simple true for me. And that´s it. How can I be hypocrite in the end if I was very transparent from the beginning. (sorry not native speaker)

Been playing NO since, I want to say, roughly 2018-2019 on-and-off. Have managed to peak around 3rd place of my unmerged server rankings as a F2P several months into the server, but that was years ago. Coming on and off back to the game, I have come to realize how real this statement is. Originally, Oasis would drop events like fuku rebate and lucky board often, ideal for F2P with no better alternatives to get power at the time. Since then, I don't even think I saw fuku for 2-3 months at a time before. Lucky board is practically nonexistent at this point, and it seems like 60% of weekly events are recharge-oriented at this point. I've peaked over 300k power as a F2P, for reference, and was fairly content with the state the game was in at the time. However, that was then.
Since then, I have noticed the severe drop in F2P players who will stay committed to a server. Why? The answer is simple, because they have all come to realize that their hard work of building up power steadily over the months can be undermined by someone spending a cheap car's value on one event. F2P players have grown exceptionally tired of the great divide and struggle between F2P and whales, and it only becomes more apparent with time. Their choice to simply toss "more ninjas" at the problem just creates more problems, as F2P players have it hard enough trying to save up for 1-2 ninjas they want, and that can take months at a time. Instead, they get hit by an insane power creep by units with things like strong poison, irremovable stuns, and barriers which completely counteract any possibility for most F2P players to have a chance of winning fights. NO's brightest days are long gone, but Oasis just wants to continue milking the game for what its worth because whales will continue to exist in every game that allows spending. Is it the right choice? Perhaps as a business, but definitely not if they want a "fair and balanced game," far from what NO has become.
Didn't expect to go on such a tangent, but I loved NO in the past. I would enjoy coming back from High School to play it while working on my homework, talking with my guildmates, and just having a blast. I would lose a few fights here and there, but it was nothing too upsetting. Now, I'm met with constant reminders that I can never fight whales fairly because of the gap created by recharge units. It's a shame, really, as there are no other games quite like NO. If there are, and anyone has any recommendations, I'm all ears. Not that demon slayer mobile game though, that's somehow just as bad as NO's state. Thanks for listening to my rant.
