Unfortunately we are not able to directly help with account appeals through these forums. All such appeals need to be handled with the in-game CS team through your ticket. In regards to the general topic of looking for a transaction ID, I would recommend calling and contacting your bank/card issuer directly for this information. It is often omitted from bank statements.
