Umm I'm sure my friend recharged, yet I still am not able to receive the bonus. Bonus for first recharge, and lvl 30. I don't know why it's not working, but could you please fix it before the event with lucky board is gone? Thank you in advance.

Hi, this feature is only there for cosmetic purposes. No matter how many people you invite or how much they recharge you will receive nothing.
