The dev team is aware of this bug and it's currently slated for a fix, but at the moment we do not have an ETA on the fix time. For now, we can only recommend you not use Shima if you'd like to avoid this bug. Some outfits also seem to avoid this bug, though we do not have a comprehensive list. If you are having issues, you might try equipping different outfits. Sorry for the inconvenience!
