When i got hashi I didn't recharge much it was just a tiny bit and at the time I didn't plan to recharge much but after awhile I got *ed to the game and starter recharging a lot. And for the guides online, they don't contain ninja that I have have or are bad guides so I asked for help.

Itachi NAS, Kimimaro Halloween, and Genma can work. I'd recommend Fire main with ninjutsu urge and exceptional power. You'll want to get Itachi's combo off each round to allow for him to get buffed. It looks like this post is old though, so ninjas may have changed resulting in a better team being available.
