Hello,
This is a known bug that resulted for jonin medals when the makeup feature was released, sadly. Fortunately, you can and will get compensation for this as a jonin medal holder. Simply start a customer support ticket by clicking the question mark in the upper right hand corner of the miniclient and describe the situation, but make sure to include FULL screenshots of this interface, showing your jonin medal and the time/date stamp in the upper left.
