Who the hell balances those Ino packs last months.

How is this balanced to get in risky event where you have to recharge over 30k and possibly be rekt by some random guy showing on the list out of nowhere with higher placement 100 Jiraiya fragments option or 100 Tsunade even those 25fragment ninjas are a absurd.

AND random 2nd tier reward in Crazy Slots Machine is 100 fragments of Gaara / 80 Itachi and almost same main rewards as 1st place Ino. Are you guys trolling or what, before it was 350 flowers for 80 frags of 10T Madara. Again it's 2nd tier reward that is more likely to get in 30k recharge than placing 1st in Ino unless you play on complete dead server.

I would argue that I would even get more value from 3rd tier in slots machine than winning Ino event
