Unfortunately you are completly useless then and would be nice if you brought someone competent enaugh to answer those simplest questions.

People are asking for months now where are all f2p BT's that should be already in the game and in that 2-3 months time window you couldn't get a single answer from devs and instead feed us this nonsense. Doing Ctrl + C -> Ctrl + V from facebook here even a child can do that so instead of posting under every event forum thread "I don't know anything, leave me alone" ask for community questions that we ask.

Real talk here even tho that guy is triggering if he wants to keep his position it's better for him to not ask. People who ask are kicked from the team that's the sad reality. Literally every single guy who was trying to push things for community got executed in the last years so yeah...

As for what Wahiro said nah dude, it's just that they are 1) lazy or 2) most likely this game runs few people. If I get information that I have to wait for compensation cuz of illusion bug up to 4 months that shows that probably only few ppl operate this circus and they don't know where to put their time, events, bugs, compensations, support etc. everything is madly delayed and the last thing they want right now is wasting time answering community questions

I will give you thumbs up for not deleting every post like some other mods do and for actually responding to people even tho like you said sadly you hit same wall as we do.

Small update to my post about oasis taking 4 months to compensate for a bug, we got it today -> under 14 days so it's not as bad as I thought - personally was sure that we won't get anything. [tho lost more coupons cuz of a bug than i got compensated which is kinda yikes but whatever at least somebody still runs this game]
