Our Server got hit with the Infinite Illusion Coupon Bug where it doesn't reset the rankings (and therefore, you don't get your coupons for the week).
Support has told us to submit one screenshot of each tab and submit, which I did.
They then told me I had to submit legible screenshots before they would even investigate it (I did).
Why is support unable to increase the size of the screenshot if they can't read it
Does anyone have a recommendation?
It seems like they just don't want to take the time to reimburse coupons due to a game bug.
This is Oasis response to me (we are same server for ppl that don't know) and there was no problem with my screen shots or anything.
That said they didn't send me any coupons yet maybe they wait for more ppl to report it and then do it in 1 wave or im just copium and those coupons won't be ever delivered xD.
@Tachibana any clue how long it usually takes or how it's handled in general since this bug happens pretty much everytime just on different server.

If your infinite illusion did not reset for this week, you are eligible for compensation. Please follow the below steps:
1) Take screenshots of all three of your illusion interfaces (each trial). Make sure it shows your ranking and the time/date stamp in the upper left and your name and ranking at the bottom.
2) Open a customer support ticket at the following li
3) Submit your screenshots on the ticket with an explanation of the problem.

This is what all my accounts were spammed. I checked each pic before I uploaded, they're all fine, just need to increase the size to read.
Not sure what I'm supposed to do since these guys also have limits on the size of the pic.
You will need to ensure you have several things showing in your screenshot.
- You need to have the server time/date in the upper left.
- You need to show the full Infinite Illusion interface.
- You need to show all three ii trials.
Did your screenshots have all of these conditions met?
If it is a size issue, I would recommend the following steps:
Resize your miniclient to be as small as possible when taking the screenshots. This should allow the entire interface to be viewable and make the screenshot small enough to be sent.
Use a compression tool to compress the screenshot (this may not work well, but is worth a shot).
Try saving as different filetypes. Some are bigger than others.
If all else fails, you can upload to an image hosting site such as imgur and submit the li

Unfortunately I can't give a hard time frame on this. It often depends on the workloads of the techs involved (i.e., if there are a lot of updates being processed at the same time or not). I can tell you that generally it will take anywhere between 1 to 3 months, but again this is not a guarantee. I have seen it happen as early as a few weeks and take as long as several months (big holiday period with lots of stuff going on). I c*so tell you that, to my knowledge, no one has ever failed to get this compensation; it just sometimes takes a while for it to be sent out. Sorry about the inconvenience. :(

Once every 2-4 weeks is what I would personally consider acceptable for asking for an update. Yes, my screen shot had all the necessary information the support person claimed they couldn't make out the information in the screenshot.As you an see in this thread, my screenshots are comparable in quality to Kiriya's who had no problems.
I re-uploaded a new re-sized screenshot to see if that was better yesterday but I'm still waiting to hear back if that is acceptable or not.
Maybe the real difference is that I'm not a mega-whale?

Unfortunately, no, I cannot see this. I do not see any screenshots from you in this thread. So if your screenshots in this thread is the metric by which you are comparing your screenshots, they probably failed to load properly through the CS platform.
Hopefully the new screenshot is acceptable. If you'd like, you can upload it here and I can take a look. You c*so send the original ones and I can tell you what, if any, issue there was with them.
Otherwise, please try the recommendations I made about improving the picture submission.

OK, yeah, that looks like a hefty file size. I would make a few recommendations for future:
Make your miniclient as small as possible when you take the screenshot. This should result in a much smaller overall file size.
Don't sweep until after you've taken the screenshots so it displays your scores with sweeps available.
Most likely the CS employee couldn't make out the picture, so I would recommend to take a smaller one and send it in again.
