Our Server got hit with the Infinite Illusion Coupon Bug where it doesn't reset the rankings (and therefore, you don't get your coupons for the week).
Support has told us to submit one screenshot of each tab and submit, which I did.
They then told me I had to submit legible screenshots before they would even investigate it (I did).
Why is support unable to increase the size of the screenshot if they can't read it
Does anyone have a recommendation?
It seems like they just don't want to take the time to reimburse coupons due to a game bug.
You are very welcome. I would definitely advise against "spamming support," but I would say that it is ok to bump their CS tickets occasionally if they do not get an answer. Once every 2-4 weeks is what I would personally consider acceptable for asking for an update. You c*so have them DM me here or on Discord if they need an update on this compensation, and I'll do my best to inquire about the status.
Hopefully it won't be seen as spamming, but since I can't get a timely response I'm uploading both pictures and including pic li
I feel I have no choice since I can't get any feedback in a timely manner to determine if the newly uploaded pictures are better or not.
Would it be more useful to post pictures in a private thread? Pictures in this thread seem to show up properly.
