It is a little hard to tell because your circle is cutting off the digit before the 5, but I think you are signing in at 0530 not 1530, is that correct? If so, do you play in a time zone that is different from your server time? Please try setting your computer's local time to match the server time, clearing cache, then restarting client and trying again. This should let you sign in. This error often occurs for anyone that is playing outside their server time, since permissions work on server time but displays are based on local time.
