You should really get Temari [Great Ninja War] to 4* for II 3,

Her BTs give her additional standards for using her high combo chase, she also gains 12% Ninjutsu every time she uses a chase attack and 15 Chakra (which can happen up to 4-6 times without Genma or Asura). She's very easy to get and provides a LOT of utility for NTI and II 3.
