i use to use kuranai karin and wind main with gaara that did pretty decent

just change your summon according to the group

Did you try Gaara - Kankuro combo? there are a couple of ninjas to fill in the 3d spot - Tsunade/Kabuto/Baki/Temari/Orochimaru.. for this you can basically choose any wind ninja or a healler if you prefer so. I use Tsunade and works out really great for me..

Hinata, Gaara and Kankuro (especially GNW Kankuro, he's amazing.) Hinata and Gaara tanking up the place helps a lot and lets you last longer without a healer. Put Hinata in the front, always. She can avoid hits a lot of the time if you have her mastery activated.

Works better if you already learn Multi Bunshin jutsu , but if suddenly kankuro puppet spawn in position 3 6 or 9 , just edit and move your main to the puppet spawn position(without OK ing the formation) then move it back to it original position , if you do it correctly , kankuro puppet will always spawn behind Gaara.

Before lvl 53 , use Kankuro Puppet Gaara

Kankuro is your main dmg dealer with mastery (after gaara use his skill on 1st turn BUT DONT USE IT AGAIN to deal dmg ).
Talent: Hurricane Jutsu(if you like auto ,if not pick rasengan) ,Gust Dance ,Wind style *ing, Enchantment of WInd style ninja .
