I recharged for monthly and didn't get my ingots.
I checked the help and it was stated that i would have to wait 24 hours. By the time it was fixed, I couldn't buy the monthly and have to recharge again. Can it still be fixed? I haven't use the ingots nor spun crazy slots yet.
