I'm getting this error as well now

I got it too. I have already reached out to Support about it.

9:30 US EST - was able to log in for less then 3 minutes, tried to open my inverntory and it froze before it kicked me out. Not sure what is going with the game.

I have been trying to log in to the game since 7:30pm central time on Feb 24 2023 and i can sometimes get in but with in 5 minutes of getting in it disconnects or when loading the game it will lock up at 14% and disconnect and stay in a log-in loop no matter how many times i have tried to play.

the game does not open, the loading screen does not go beyond 14% and when it does not last even 5 minutes, the disconnected message already appears, fix it there, oasis, the events have already started and we are going to lose because of this unbearable error !!! !

Same. I lost my connection while playing, and now I get nothing but problems.

But what the hell is this? It still won't let me log in accontomr aés geci a root message writes back to the error. "They tell me to delete the browser data price" but I'm playing on the client and it still won't let me.

Can those of you affected by this please provide me your server numbers if you're still experiencing issues?

How to reach out to the Support ?

After many tests, I found that LA Servers S1859~S1931 could not log in.

LA Servers:

S-1899& 1903& 1907& 1911& 1915& 1919& 1923& 1927& 1931

OK, there are some merged servers that are down right now. I will add yours to the list. The devs have been notified but unfortunately we do not have an ETA on a fix at this time. Hopefully they're not down for too much longer.

And what is your primary merged server? Are you part of s1899? The player above you said your server, so I believe that you are. That said, the same situation would apply to you.

At this point, servers should be back up and online and ready for play. Please let me know if your situation is otherwise. Thanks!
