i highly doubt they will ever change the fishing. its been asked for years. they dont care. i find that simply doing the 23 baits each day is the least annoying way. it's like 2-3 min to complete. better than doing it all on the last day.

2 days later: event is removed due to glitch that let resseting missions infinitly (notice there are glitches and bugs in game that were never addressed, yet Oasis acted here very quickly. ie. I reported Kimono Asuma's passive not working in March. This passive is still not working and that character isn't even knew). Players were told event returns when glitch is fixed

November 2022: Event returns.

Next day: event is removed due to THE SAME GLITCH that was discovered month ago.

July 2023: no mission mobilization since November 2022.

Lets be honest: they would fix that glitch if they wanted. They just do not care. They could fix Asuma's bug already - they do not care as he is not meta ninja whales use.
