You can recover your account through the account recovery tool or by creating a CS ticket in game or in your user center. Here are the links to the two platforms you may use. Please keep in mind that recovering your account by creating a ticket will require more stringent information checks.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with account appeals through the forum. Those must be handled through the appeal system or through an in-game ticket.

Appeals can take up to a week to process, so you may still get a response. Please make sure that you have answered all the questions in the appeal fully and correctly. This is very important to the process.
