Usually this is caused when the player is playing in a different time zone from the server's time zone (i.e., when your local time does not match server time), which tricks the game into thinking you are on the wrong day. This can often be fixed by adjusting your local time to the server time then restarting the game.

Since this case is past for you, you will need to put in a customer support ticket to attempt to get compensation. Please make sure to include a screenshot of the situation that is full and uncropped, showing the date/time stamp in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Also, please embed images u sing the built in image tools instead of links, except where asked.
