If your packs are below 45, that usually means that you forgot to claim one of the tiers or that you already opened some. Please try taking a look at every tier you did not show in your screenshot: those are the ones that could potentially have been missed, since they contain 1 and 2 packs each.

If you still aren't missing any packs, you will need to submit a CS ticket. Please make sure you submit screenshots of your interface showing ALL packs claimed so that your issue can be properly investigated, and make sure you have the time/date stamp in the upper left unedited. You can get to the CS ticketing system by clicking the question mark at the upper right hand corner of your client.f


Alternatively, did you claim any fireworks packs early, when they were the Pack V variant by error? This was fixed a little later in the week, and this may explain why you have 43 of one pack and at least 1 of the other. If you would like to change your Pack V to Pack VI, you will also need to submit a customer support ticket for this.

Thankyou for the response. You are right, I have checked, it turns out there is 1 pack V, which shouldn't be there because I opened them all and took AKATSUCHI to 4 stars. for that, I want to change pack V to pack VI.
