in my server we had the same problem 2 weeks ago, we were given compensation of 800 coupons to everyone. anyway contact the game support with the screen shots (don't use the one in the settings if you're not in the top 10, you can't be seen xD ) of now and wait for an answer.

If your infinite illusion did not reset for this week, you are eligible for compensation. Please follow the below steps:

1) Take screenshots of all three of your illusion interfaces (each trial). Make sure it shows your ranking and the time/date stamp in the upper left.

2) Open a customer support ticket at the following link: https://support-center.oasgames.com/

3) Submit your screenshots on the ticket with an explanation of the problem.
