Yes Shurado's +2 skill which last 3 rounds will be removed by madara's barrier but his Y skill won't be removed unless Shurado is dead. Basically those buff which lasts for few rounds will be removed

I did Experiment with Madara edo and pain shurado. I use the passive where madara activate his barrier on round 2. Madara did same amount of damage on each round with Shurado Y passive buff but Did less damage from round 2 with Shurado plus 2 passive. I might need to try with rinnegan unit with tai only standard attack
