Below are his old descriptions:

a. so basically just changed to attacking the lowest HP unit instead of the front row. This is both good and bad, usually good, but bad in cases when someone uses clones

b. they added knockdown to the chases, now it's BOTH low float or knockdown. This is great because it's easier to make combos

c. I was kinda confused about this one. I believe it used to be only 4x stackable but now it can be stacked as much as we want? If that's the case then it's pretty good because 15% more attack for damage caused is an amazing buff

Old descriptions:

a. So it used to be 20 chakra cost and now it's 0, also unavoidable damage. I call that a win, definitely makes it better and easier to use

b. So the 30% akatsuki buff was already there, it received the chakra gain bonus. This one is a buff definitely, especially if you are using some chakra-depending ninjas such as for example God Angel Konan, Kisame, Kakuzu etc (considering they are also Akatsuki it definitely works out)
