Depends for what you want to use him, if as p1 dmg then +atk if as support then +hp.

    ninjutsu covers- stansard attack, mystery damage, chase, healing to allies and to self

    attack covers- standard attack, mystery damage and chase.


    life- affects durablity and and healing when hit


    so if u ask me go for ninjutsu

His standard is pure taijutsu, so nin is not worth for dmg.
