Hello,
Unfortunately, the recharge options that are available for your region are the recharge options that you c*e. While I could take and submit a suggestion about adding additional options, unfortunately, the game company cannot affect the sanctions to which you are referring. You will need to use one of the options available to you that works.

As for the merge, if you were merged it was likely heavily requested by your server or deemed necessary due to the server metrics. Unfortunately, the devs decide which servers are merged with which servers, and reversing that is not really an option. You will need to power up or find a better team if you want to continue winning at the infinite illusions event.

Ok. Can you submit one more suggestion? Make plunder battle - arena battle (not through power, becouse it's unfair)

Unfortunately, that is not meant to be fair. It is designed to encourage competition and growth. I will submit your suggestion for you, but please be aware that it is exceedingly unlikely that it will be implemented.
