Finally got around to doing this info thread. Keep in mind that all the calculations were done by doing 7 times the secret scroll amount (6 from the scroll and 1 more is the upgrade) because 90% of the scrolls have 6. I will only post the upgrade cost screenshot proofs down below, the scroll costs are the same as the upgrade cost.

The table below doesn't apply to the 1st and 2nd secret scrolls, they are a bit cheaper.

As you can see the level 1>19 upgrade costs 3444 secret scrolls and 933 mantra elixirs. Quite costly huh, considering there is more than 10 scrolls.
