Imagine being able to max up Infinite Tsukuyomi the first day after leveling up to 30 on a new server, but being held back by outdated ninjas as freebies to keep it fair among new players.
Here is a brief list of forgotten ones which could be on Myoboku:
-Anbu Kakashi
-Anbu Itachi
-Summer Asuma/Guy
-Summer Kurenai (Still has that bug on her myst, c*e on herself and teammates lol)
-Halloween Kabuto
i mean list goes on, anything but anything Jiraiya Sannin could be there. He was in monthly, 3v3, myoboku and fireworks and all these happened more than once.
that with summer Kurenai is not bug, its just how her ult work, same as Ibiki
