i got black screen now please help
Hello,
This issue is the same as your previous issue on your previous thread. As before, you have an unstable connection to the game server.
Please try these steps to see if the issue can be resolved (please do them in order and do not skip any).
1) Clear the Client Cache
2) Flush your DNS Cache
To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter.
When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter.
3) Reboot the PC (To be extra sure, reboot the Modem/Router too)
If doing that doesn't fix it, you may need to try VPN programs (and all of the servers the programs have available to you) or contacting your ISP for assistance.
In extreme cases, if a VPN does not work it often means that the outage is too close to you to be routed around, meaning you will have to wait until it is fixed. :( I would again recommend contacting your ISP in this scenario.

Which VPN do you recommend. I am having same problem problem from yesterday. Tried every server but still getting black screen
Unfortunately, I can't recommend any. The viability of a VPN is pretty dependent on your unique situation. Some will route you around the problem you are having but some will not. It comes down to a "try until you get it to work" situation, sadly. And if the issue is physically close enough to you, even a VPN won't route you around the problem, so you'd need to contact your ISP.
