Hmm I've never seen that error message. It says you don't create a character on that server. I'll give advice but you don't need to take it. Try making another character on a different server, and see if you can buy the ingots for that one. If that does not work try buying the ingots on the main website. If that does not help then I'd let Oasis know your struggle with the payment. Hope this helps and good luck with getting those ingots!♥
