Friendly reminder that a certain other Tencent mobile game has a pretty significant eSports scene, and in one of their big tournaments in January, the championship winner won with Dosu in one of the deciding rounds.

Maybe the reason why Dosu isn't in Naruto Online yet is because he used to be so oppressive in this game, and Tencent fears his power.

Fair, but that's not accounting that a: both games' ninjas aren't balanced identically so ninja strength from this game doesn't translate identically to the other game, and b: I've proposed much more than just this alone for putting him into the game, but since I've already outlined it all and my higher-effort evidence and explanations were ignored, I might as well just put up low-effort stuff since it'll probably get the same amount of response.

Even considering the opponent's team in that given screenshot, at his release Dosu was so oppressive and powerful in the other Tencent game that he had to get nerfed for it. I'm dead serious when I say that he could go against any of the P2W characters and stand his ground, and even post-nerf he's pretty decent in the hands of a skilled player. To this day the Chinese community is still memeing about it.

Enma, along with the Hebihime characters (who aren't even from the Naruto manga/anime, and are therefore non-canon original creations of this game) have been in the game since the start.

The bar behind how popular a character needs to be to get in the game has always been been incredibly low. And popularity is a poor measurement of character quality anyways.
