Hello

i want to say that you now have Matsuri event that is broken in the new Autumn season event that i can not enter do to some bug that doesn't let me enter the event because of my level or my Treasure tools are a special level after the level increase.


Please get this fixed quicker than what i was told in my bug "work order"

Hello,
I am deeply sorry for this error causing such an inconvenience. At present, I know that the issue is being worked on but the devs have not yet managed to solve the issue for some players. We can only hope that it will be fixed soon, but rest assured, I have been told that there will be compensation for any missed rewards caused by this outage.
