Basic round strategy skill use:

Zone 1: Zetsu - Order doesnt matter as much in round 1 just minimise the arrows shot at you where possible
Round 1: Neji - Silence front middle unit
Round 2: MC - Top row Zetsu
Round 3: 1. Tobi - Bottom Line Zetsu (if it is alive) otherwise hit the back row middle which will have the highest health. 2. Summon clones after the zetsu have attacked
Round 4: If anything is still alive (prob 1 or 2 Zetsu on low health) you can either just auto it or use earth MC again

Zone 2: Sasorri & Deidara - (Note that Deidara is very fast and sasori is not)
Round 1: 1. Use Tobi on Deidara 2. Kabuto summons clones
Round 2: Use MC on Deidara and Neji on Sasori - Deidara should die this round
Round 3: 1. Use Tobi on Sasori 2. Kabuto Summons Clones
Round 4: Use MC on Sasori - Sasori should die at this point from the combo or from auto attacks afterwards
Round 5: If Sasori is not dead finish with Auto Attacks dont waste Tobi Skill here

Zone 3: Kakuzu & Hidan - ((Note Kakuzu is fast (Must use speed 1 ninja to go first) Hidan is not)).
Round 1: 1. Use Tobi on Hidan 2. Kabuto Summons Clones
Round 2: 1. Use MC on Kakuzu (be ready or pre spam the skill so you go before kakuzu, even if you get hit it should be a deal breaker) 2. Use Neji on Hidan
Round 3: Use tobi on Hidan (Do not summon clones at this point) - Hidan ideally will be 3-6k health at this point and Kakuzu will have more
Round 4: Use MC on Kakuzu - the combo should kill him or require 1 auto attack. After Kakuzu and Hidan have used auto attacks you can summon clones this round if you need the damage to finished them - can go either way depending on the crits etc you scored from the previous rounds it is best not summon if possible)

Zone 4: Pain Animal Path & Hidan
Round 1: 1. Use Tobi on Hidan 2. Kabuto Summon Clones (if availble) - Hidan will auto attack your clone and maybe your MC depending on Tag. If he kills the clone he will be alive if he hits both he will die.
Round 2: 1. Use MC on Hidan (if he didnt die) otherwise Use MC on Animal path - Hidan will be dead at this point 2. Use Neji on Animal path (just for damage)
Round 3: 1. Use Tobi on Hidan (if he died in round 1 he will resurrect this round otherwise use on Animal Path) 2. Kabuto - Summon Clones
Round 4: 1. Use MC on Animal Path (Or Hidan if he died on round 2 and therefore resurrects this round)
Round 5: Continue the cycle if they are alive

Main thing to note on the last Zone is that Hidan will be your focus whenever he is up, if he kills himself on round 1 then begin to cycle 1 round animal path and the next round Hidan after he comes back to life. If Hidan does not die focus him again on round 2 and kill him and then begin the cycle of 1 round for animal path and 1 round for Hidan
