So Ive been playing around with the new Itachi and his amaterasu blaze debuff is suppose to lower defense and resistance on foes attacked an lower attack and ninjustu when attack your team but damage isnt changing. In fact I seem to do less damage while taking more instead.

Hello,
Can you send me a video demonstrating this? There are myriad reasons that you may be doing less damage (such as Itachi's descaling), so I will need to examine the fight setup to see what's going on so I can send it in to be investigated.
