Round 1 is 4 Zetsus, nothing special
Round 2 is Haku and Zabuza. Haku will reduce the HP of 4 of your ninjas to 1 and there's nothing you can do about it. You have to kill Zabuza asap or he will kill all of your guys with his attack reset.
Round 3 is Hidan and Kakuzu. Hidan will start with killing a ninja standing across of him (again you can't do anything). Start by interrupting Hidans myster which is aoe damage and then try to focus Kakuzu as you need them both to die one after another or else they will revive each other.

Tobi is targeted by Hidan and revives after being killed. Hinata can tank with her mystery even on 1 HP. Guy is there for dmg and he fits into my combo. I tried using healers but in my experience it's better to just power through it as healers don't do much.
Game plan is to just use your mysteries wisely (1 combo starter per round), focus Zabuza and Kakuzu and interrupt Hidan's mystery (Hidan will die of standard attacks and self damage).
