If your infinite illusion did not reset for this week, you are eligible for compensation. Please follow the below steps:

1) Take screenshots of all three of your illusion interfaces (each trial). Make sure it shows your ranking and the time/date stamp in the upper left.
2) Open a customer support ticket at the following link: https://support-center.oasgames.com/
3) Submit your screenshots on the ticket with an explanation of the problem.
