I just wanted to make this post in response to a comment made my Tachi. (I could not reply to the thread as it was closed) like many others that purchased the new summon and to little shock it does not function and crash’s the game cool whatever nothing new

the bigger problem here is this

Sorry for the inconvenience!” I want to point out a few things you should already know yourself 1. It took months for the chases to be fixed I would not call that quick considering oasis has removed events such a missions in under a day due to bugs that affect there own cash flow.

2.Unlike with dual chase units there ninja bring a full kit to the table outside of a single chase not working this summons only job and use is to chase so when it’s crashing the game every time triggered it has absolutely zero use so do you sit with a broken piece of 25k for whoever knows how long? Absurd.


3. I’m sure it’s already been asking but this is definitely a situation where compensation is due with at least half the value of the summon due to how long this is gonna take to be fixed if it’s on the schedule like every other backlog of bugs in the game.


This may seem like just complaining but you gotta think past that unlike people crying over events 20k ingots for a literally non functional item just can’t slide without no compensation or even a in game warning to inform players about this bug rather then not saying a thing and having them get *ed for buying it simply out not everyone is gonna read a forum or a discord for info and prefer to just play the game and only pay mind to ingame announcements. That’s all

i 100% agree with kiriya we should not be normalizing these occurrences from what the forum mods say they have pushed the issue to the devs. stand alone i also belive it would be a good idea to remove them from events until they are properly functioning. i would ask for a bug report on top via ingame somewhere but removing it is just as good (that is from the recharge rebate) not from players that have already purchased and 50% is on the higher side ill admit but at the least he wont be useable for a week assuming as you say older players want this for power perhaps some summon page thingys can be given out to anyone who has purchased?

i guess i should add onto the main point of "it will work soon and it should not be removed for anyone midway into the event or people that want it ahead of time" im sure players that got caught halfway could contact cs but lets be real here most people just insta recharged for this summon at the start or when slots comes in. assuming the summon is fixed by next mt would it not be fair to have just removed it and put it in the next cycle where people would not be taking any major loses and honestly im pretty sure its gonna be in next cycle anyway fixed or not.

as for the physical *ogy you are correct consumers dont just email or send a letter to everyone about a broken product but we have to take into account there way these 2 things operate are widely different apple has no way to send a chain report to its consumers where as NO has mailbox system where every player can receive the same announcement for bugs and it really cant be that much trouble to at least infrom the player base about the bug they have dont so for missions and other cases why not this one? simply most players dont know the summons broken and would rather hold onto there money till it works and not being informed it does not work and being told to wait is not a great thing to do. as for the other part of the broken phone *ogy yes it takes time to verify the purchase and talk of a replacement model refunds are also on the table something i doubt oasis will cough up.
