so i have an account that was my main before the issue, the account in question had a security gmail on it that was deleted and i could no longer access so i contacted customer service to get that gmail removed, they beat around the bush and take forever before saying they'll contact me with results soon, i wanna say 2-3 days later and i havent recieved a email or anything from them so i go to sign into the account to see what happened, and the password was changed, i got to the security options and the security gmail i was asking to get removed was removed as well, i put out a appeal to change the password and it said theyd email within 24 hours with results, it been 3 days now with no email and im pissed off at this point, why am i being screwed with and lied to?

edit:i just had a im dumbass moment, they most likely did that cause they thought i wasnt the account owner, see they asked for a UID and until now i thought it was something else, could i get some help on how to rectify this?

Hello,
You are correct, if the tech team determines that the information given indicates that the petitioning player is likely not the account owner, they will not give additional information out.

Fortunately, you can still rectify this issue by using the account recovery tool or creating a CS ticket to give them the information they need. Please be aware that the ticket route will require more stringent information. It sounds like you have already used the account recovery tool, so my suggestion at this point would be to use it again and resubmit (properly) your information, or to create a ticket referencing your situation and your previous information and to provide the new and updated information that is requested.

the only problem is that i dont know my uid nor do i know how to access it, what info do they want? aside from my address and a few other things i know

Unfortunately, those details will have to be discussed with them. If you cannot give the information requested in the recovery tool, they will ask you for specific information in your CS ticket. Provide them the info they ask for there.
