Naruto Online bug report Sai fragment
As shown in the picture I haven't gotten any of this Sai's fragments before, so when today I redeemed one at the event, it got send to my mailbox.
The bag wasn't full, I could redeem other items properly. Just this version of Sai's fragment can't be redeemed. I don't want to lose his fragment after the 14 days period.

Hello,
This error is usually caused by the ninja fragment bag being full, not the regular item inventory. Please try going to the fragment refinement system and refining some old/outdated fragments. This should clear up the issue for you.
