I very much dont like the "hold" option you put down, since it changes game mechanics and is only useful for survival.

As for Jounin medals, let them be what they are, if they make dramatic changes to medals no one is gonna buy them. You just have to get used to it, there is always going to be a gap between f2p and p2w. You just have to be smarter and grind a litlle more. Plus we get events that help f2p.
