I did 1500 spins like you (but I didn't took trace of the results like you) and got roughly the same items as you: 3 frags of Mr. Orochimaru but way less potions than you and more refine packs (around 165).

I got 2 Orochi frags and 1474 stars ( 3 or 6 were from free draw) from 500 spins. Didn't keep track of others. I am doing 500 again and i'll update

Edit: my final result i'm just to lazy to subtract. I'm Disappointed that i didn't got Shisui but I knew it was a gamble to invest in this event. This is the first and last time i'm doing lucky Star.

Jackpot on the wheel goes to most oblivious guy on the server. That's the rule. If you aren't doing it with a useless alt, have the slightest idea how to put the ninja into good use or not using little bits of coupons from returning prizes, it is not gonna happen.

And I thought I was just unlucky. This is 10k into stars, gave 100 more stars, but ~150 less potions and ~10 less refine packs th4n usual. So yeah, defo a nerf.

That's all i got from 10K spending on day one and free draws afterwards.

My server calls it the newbie wheel. Cause people seemed to get early on, but now, no one has gotten anything worth mentioning in forever.

All right, so they nerfed great plates by adding the bells packs that are practically useless for the vast majority of the players (as more then enough drops from infinite illusion packs and also they are cheap in grocery store), then they stealthily nerfed lucky stars as well. Not to mention the awful change in balloon event (taking away one of the rare sources of secret scroll plates and command flags)... Yeah, very cool Oasis, very cool, thanks so much!... Wonder what's next..

This is so depressing, Oasis made a huge a nerf to lucky stars, stealthily as usual, cheating us out of our hard earned resources, and the playerbase barely even notices it... Disgusting move from the devs, should be ashamed for scamming their own players!.. Like honestly, absolute tra$h ppl..
