This is a purely visual bug caused by the recent update. It won't actually affect your skills at all. A simple refresh should clear this up for you. It is also slated to be fixed soon, so hopefully won't be an issue for much longer.

Please try these steps to see if the issue can be resolved.

1) Clear the Client Cache

2) Flush your DNS Cache

To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter.

When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter.

If the issue still doesn't resolve, you can submit a ticket via the in-game CS system. Here is the link.
