1＃ Go Tohi, i think there is something wrong with this.
Daily Sign In = 10 points
Ninja Exam = 20 points
Rich Field = 10 points
Survival = 20 pointsbut it seem i only get 40 after done that all
i've try to re-login, and it still same
i need a compensation for this thanks

I can't tell because the screenshot is cut off, is this a new account? Did you claim any of this today before the daily practice system activated?
Or did you claim anything right at 5am when the systems reset but before daily practice reset?

when exactly 5am (Server Time), i was on a battle in Ninja Exam.
the Daily Benefits thing popped out and i just claimed the Daily Sign In and Daily Coupons benefits (still inside the battle).
after maybe 1 minute later, i still afk around 5 minutes, and when come back, i do Rich Field (Sweeping), and then reset the Ninja Exam and do sweep, then reset the Survival Trial, that should give me 60 points all, like i do every day.
its kinda hard to battle at Arena, because sometimes i can't get the duel, and sometimes i don't find the opponents.
and i can't do the daily events because at the event server time, i need to sleep and cannot do the events.
that's why i just can do Ninja Exam, Survival, Daily Sign In, and Rich Field to get 60 points.

OK, this is likely the reason for the error. There is a small, about a minute delay between the 5am event rollover and the daily practice reset. Essentially, not everything resets at exactly the same time. If you complete some events during this time period, they will be marked as completed but you will not get credit for them. I would suggest doing your best to avoid doing anything right at 5am in the future. For now, you can submit a ticket to the in-game CS team to try to get compensation for these rewards. You will need a non-truncated version of the screenshot you showed me that shows the server time/date stamp in the upper left to do so. Here is the li
